THACKER, REGINA TIDMORE, age 49, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2005, after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Reggie and Dorothy Tidmore. Regina is survived by her husband of 29 years, Paul, and their son, Joshua. Other survivors include two brothers, John Tidmore (Juanita) and Craig Tidmore (Laura); mother and father-in-law, Claude and Sue Thacker; two brothers-in-law, Claude Thacker (Lanny) and John Thacker (Janice); beloved sister-in-law, Connie Thacker; her best friend and niece, Sherrie' Parkman (David) and her children, Justin and Regan; nephews, Michael, Ben and Jimmy Tidmore, Alex and Dustin Thacker, and Jim and John Belcher; niece, Christina Tidmore; and best friends, Terri, Anita and Geralyn. The family wishes to thank all of her doctors and caregivers, specifically Dr. Ruth Atkinson, Dr. Robert Chadband, Nurses Sharon, Jennie, Carla and Kathy and New Beacon Hospice Nurses. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made for a trust fund set up for her son, Joshua, at First Commercial Bank located in Trussville. Celebration of Life Ceremony will be Friday, October 14, 2005, at 10 a.m. with visitation from 9-10 at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville. Services will be handled by Brother Daniel Berry with River of Life Church.
